I liked Dr. Crowe the first time I met him in February 2015 (recommended by Dr. Robin Crandall). He was extremely knowledgeable but also had a sense of humor. I was experiencing severe pain in my left backside again. I had been diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis Stenosis in 2013. After reviewing MRI results and Physical Therapy, my decompression and lumbar fusion surgery was scheduled for April 1st (no joke).

I’m so thankful for a very successful outcome! One concern I had was being able to go on my annual fishing trip. Dr. Crowe said if my recovery went well, I could definitely go. It was a miracle to me that 3 weeks post-surgery, I was totally off all pain meds (an answer to prayer).

I had to write about how skillful Dr. Crowe is. In fact, everyone at TCO was wonderful from supportive, quick-to-respond Jenny to PA Kara in the hospital, who answered all questions and explained in detail.

I can stand upright and walk painlessly, again!

This was the least stressful medical event I’ve ever experienced thanks to Dr. Teynor.  Not only am I able to stand up straight, but I can walk, sit, lie down or do any other activity that was previously difficult or impossible.  No pain, no difficulty during recovery, rehab was a breeze; in fact everything has gone so well, that I often forget that I had the procedure.  I would do it again, with out question.

My knee replacement with Dr. Kelly and the Excel Program is one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. From the check- in at the surgery center to the discharge at York Gardens, everything was just wonderful. The staff is excellent. Every single doctor, nurse, therapist, and aide was a highly skilled professional who delivered such great care. I never sat around waiting for help – there was always someone right there when I needed them. There was also really good communication between all the team members so they were always up to speed on what was happening with me. There were so many small details that added up to big differences. Like no hospital gowns (!) I was given comfortable athletic wear instead. And I had the same two nurses the whole time at the rehab facility – one of them even came along in the van to pick me up from the surgery center. I felt so well cared for every step of the way.

I would recommend this program to anybody who is considering surgery. It was truly outstanding.

Thanks to Dr. McCarthy for successful surgery on my right hand.  I had experienced deformity, with pain and loss of function, as a result of Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I look forward to completion of hand therapy and being able to do use my hand fully again.

Dr. Larson is the absolute best! 7 weeks post op from hip arthroscopy. I haven’t sat like this in about two years! So unbelievably grateful!

16 weeks post surgery and I was able to return to playing volleyball. I wish the rest of my limbs felt as good as my repaired shoulder! Thanks to Dr. Hunt‘s team and Physical Therapy team for a near painless and quick recovery!

I’ve had the surgical procedure and a shot to release my Dupuytren’s symptoms in my hand. The shot was far less intrusive both as an initial procedure and includes post-op therapy. The results are as good if not better than the surgery. I strongly recommend the shot.

My first meeting with Dr. Fischer was quick, professional, and down to the point. The fact that he has done so many procedures was important to me, and that he used a very small incision was a plus. The whole team for surgery as very proficient explained what they were doing and what to expect. This goes a long way for most people. In my case there was little or no discomfort, more of an inconvenience than anything.

The feeling in my hand steadily improves each week, and is close to being normal again. I would personally recommend Dr. Fischer.

My hands had been bothering me for quite some time and would even fall asleep while I was sleeping. After I realized that the pain wasn’t going to get any better, I decided to make an appointment with my doctor who then referred me on to Dr. Fischer with Twin Cities Orthopedics.

From the first appointment with Dr. Fischer I felt very comfortable. After taking one look at my hands, he knew exactly what I had been suffering from and decided that it would be in my best interest to move forward with a surgical approach.   

Everyone we came into contact with at Twin Cities Orthopedics was extremely friendly. From the front desk reception staff to the surgical staff, they always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Fischer made sure to check on me to after I left the operating room. I could not believe how attentive the staff was!

My recovery has been stress-free and I am following along with the recommended exercises at home. A month after my surgery and I am almost completely pain free!

Dr. Holm performed surgery after I broke my wrist. The surgery was very successful, but more importantly, the care he provided post-surgery was outstanding. He helped me understand the healing process and explained the expectations for rehabilitation and getting back my range of motion. I had several questions, and he was always willing to provide detailed answers. The most important thing is he truly cares about his patients and is a very compassionate physician. I feel very fortunate to have found an excellent Orthopedic physician who provides exceptional patient care. Thank you, Dr. Holm! You made the experience of breaking my first bone a wonderful one. Also, your care team did an excellent job supporting me during my recovery.
