Ann Frett, PT, MPT, has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1994, specializing in spine and chronic pain rehabilitation since 2001. With extensive training in movement reeducation and neuromuscular manual therapies, she addresses complex musculoskeletal issues, including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Mobilization with Movement, Feldenkrais Method, Pilates, Pelvic Health, and Postural Restoration. Since 2015, Ann has held advanced certification in theSchroth Method, specializing in scoliosis and kyphosis rehabilitation for both pediatric and adult patients. Ann’s primary goal is to educate and empower her patients, assisting them in improving their well-being and enabling their return to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
In her free time, Ann enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in activities such as mountain biking, cross-country skiing, hiking, and practicing yoga.
