Ann Frett, PT, MPT has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1994 with experience in spine and chronic pain rehabilitation since 2001. She has extensive training in movement reeducation and neuromuscular manual therapies addressing complex musculoskeletal problems including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Mobilization with Movement, Feldenkrais Method, Pilates, Pelvic Health and Postural Restoration. She holds advanced certification in the Schroth Method specializing in scoliosis and kyphosis rehabilitation since 2015 seeing both pediatric and adults in her practice. Ann’s intent is to educate and empower her patients towards improving their well-being, helping them return to being active and participating in the activities they enjoy. In her free time Ann enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking, cross country skiing, hiking, and yoga.
