Emily Nagy, PTA, graduated with her Associate in Physical Therapist Assistant from Anoka Ramsey Community College. She has a background in volleyball, softball, and dance, having been part of studio, high school, and college dance teams. Over the last few years, she has taken an interest in CrossFit workouts which sparked her clinical interest in breaking age norms for older adults by incorporating higher level strengthening and functional training in physical therapy. She loves getting older adults to realize they are capable of living strong lives without having to sacrifice things they want to do. She also enjoys dabbling in Olympic lifting and gets enjoyment from others feeling strong. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and checking out new restaurants in the Twin Cities.
