About

Erin Willkom, PTA, CSCS, received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of St. Thomas in 2014. In 2023, she received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Catherine University. Through her own experiences in Physical Therapy and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Erin developed a passion for understanding how the body is connected and how we can optimize the body’s ability to function and perform. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking with her husband and dogs, and relaxing with a good book or game. With her background, Erin will use strength and conditioning principles alongside her Physical Therapist Assistant training to help lead individuals back to their desired activities.
