Heidi Natterstad, OTR/L, CHT, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience treating a variety of upper extremity conditions with a particular specialization in surgical and non-surgical cases related to the elbow, wrist, and hand. She has advanced training in custom splint fabrication, manual therapy, Kinesio taping and augmented soft tissue mobilization (ASTYM) which is a highly effective treatment technique for tendonitis and other soft tissue injuries. Heidi has a special interest in splinting and treatment of orthopedic issues while using a holistic approach to rehabilitation to help her patients regain function and return to activities they enjoy. Her personal interests include spending time with her family and friends, travel and relaxing at the cabin.
