About

Holly Roos, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant with more than 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in 1996 and later completed her Associate of Applied Science degree as a physical therapist assistant at Anoka-Hennepin Technical College in 2000. Throughout her career, Holly has specialized in outpatient orthopedics, treating patients with a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She is passionate about helping individuals recover function, reduce pain, and return to the activities, work, and lifestyles they enjoy most.

In addition to her orthopedic expertise, Holly spent 20 years as a certified brain injury specialist, focusing on behavior modification and rehabilitation strategies for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries. This experience enhanced her ability to address the physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges that can impact recovery and long-term success.

Holly enjoys partnering with patients to identify meaningful goals and develop sustainable lifestyle changes that support healing and overall wellness. She believes that successful rehabilitation extends beyond the clinic and is committed to helping people establish healthy daily habits and routines that promote lasting results. Her patient-centered approach combines clinical expertise, encouragement, and practical solutions to help individuals achieve their highest level of function and return confidently to their work, recreational activities, and personal interests.
