Jeff Chrest, LAT, ATC, ITAT, earned his Bachelor of Art in Athletic Training from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2009. He spent two years at North Dakota State University as an Athletic Trainer, working with baseball and football teams, and has been serving as the athletic trainer for Waconia High School since 2011. Jeff enjoys working with athletes of various ages, sports, and levels of competition. His dedication lies in aiding patients to return to their pain-free activities, employing patient-specific exercises and manual therapy skills. He holds a personal interest in assisting overhead athletes and addressing lower extremity-related injuries, particularly those related to throwing and ACL injuries. Outside of his professional life, Jeff enjoys playing baseball, fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors with his wife, son and their two dogs.
