Joshua Olson, PT, DPT, graduated from the University of Minnesota with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2024. Prior to graduate school, he attended Winona State University and worked directly with the football team while earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology.
He believes in a holistic approach that requires optimizing the entire body’s movements, strength and balance. Whether rehabbing from a sports injury, managing upper or lower extremity pain, or guiding athletes back to peak condition he emphasizes a personalized treatment plan rooted in whole body mechanics. Josh uses evidence-based treatments, as well as dry needling. Outside of work he enjoys being outdoors, traveling, golfing and hanging out with friends.
