Michelle Kulzer, PT, DPT, CLT is a licensed physical therapy serving the Baxter and Staples locations. She is certified in lymphedema therapy and greatly enjoys helping patients manage this condition. She has worked primarily as a home care physical therapist but is excited to get back to where her training started. She is eager to work with a variety of patients and diagnosis and help patients reach their highest level of function. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
