Nichole became a physical therapist to help make a positive impact on people’s lives. She enjoys working with individuals to help them get back to activities they have been avoiding or are having difficulty with. Nichole utilizes an evidence-based approach to develop an individual treatment plan for all her patients. Starting with a clear understanding of patient goals, Nichole uses a holistic approach to treating patients. She utilizes a combination of intramuscular dry needling combined with electrical stimulation, kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, functional movement assessments, functional movement training, exercise training and strengthening and other modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ quality of life and enabling them to resume activities they love.
Nichole possesses expertise in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and various pelvic floor conditions, including treatment for pregnancy, postpartum, urinary incontinence, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation and pelvic pain. She has a passion for working with older adults, women, and athletes.
Over her career Nichole has been a clinical instructor for physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students. She enjoys teaching and educating both students and her patients.
Outside of the clinic you can find Nichole at the gym or getting reacquainted with her home state. She enjoys fishing, biking, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling.
