About

Rochelle Lindow, OTR/L, CHT, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) in 1985 from the University of North Dakota and her Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification in 1991. She has over 38 years of experience providing full-time direct patient care in occupational and hand therapy. Rochelle joined TCO in 2007 to open three new hand therapy locations in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis. This included working with trauma surgeons which increased her love of complex upper extremity injury conditions and surgeries. From 1994 to 2010, Rochelle also worked with Keep Pace Education Opportunities helping to design and teach several Continuing Education courses. Her current position is that of OT Project Development Specialist in addition to patient care.  As part of this role she designs, coordinates, and presents the Orthotic Skill Building Course. In addition, Rochelle serves on several specialty committees.  She continues to keep current with treatment techniques and strives to stay evidence based in both her care of patients and in her education of students/staff/course participants. Her winter activities include hiking, walking, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and travelling to the southwest states. Summer activities include avid gardening, travelling to “up north” MN to the family cabin where she enjoys bicycling, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Once in while she will fit in some photography and painting.
