About

Samantha Crowley, PT, DPT, is a licensed Physical Therapist by the State of Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy. As a former athlete, Sam has spent many hours in physical therapy herself, which brought her to the field. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and with all orthopedic conditions with a special interest in athletes and post-surgical. Sam has a strong background and interest in spine and lower extremity conditions. She loves being able to help patients reach their goals and return to their favorite activities, improving their overall quality of life. Her treatment approach focuses on patient education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, coaching soccer, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, and spending time with her puppy, friends, and family.
