Progress made on Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center
The Minnesota Vikings opened the gates to U.S. Bank Stadium this year for the first time, but construction continues on another new “home” for the team. The Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium in Eagan will be the Vikings’ headquarters and practice facility and is scheduled to open in spring 2018.
At the groundbreaking ceremony in August, Vikings general manager Rick Spielman said U.S. Bank Stadium is the team’s stage. “There’s a lot of time, energy and effort of getting to that game day,” he said. “(Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium) is going to be our home.”
TCO is the Official Orthopedic Provider of the Vikings.

The Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium will serve not only as the home of the Vikings but also will be available to youth, high school and amateur athletics and other community events. The destination will serve as an anchor to a total 200-acre development expected to transpire over the next 10-15 years.
The development will include the Vikings’ practice facility, the 6,000-seat TCO Stadium, five outdoor practice fields, administrative offices, a hotel, conference center, retail space, restaurants and housing. As a part of the first phase of development of the Eagan campus, TCO will construct an 88,000-square-foot, full-service orthopedics center adjacent to the Vikings’ new home.
