Vikings legend Ahmad Rashad makes comeback with help from TCO

Ahmad Rashad is making a comeback. No, not in the NFL, but in life. The legendary Minnesota Vikings wide receiver is back doing the activities he loves after having ankle-replacement surgery at Twin Cities Orthopedics.

“I have had a bad ankle for about 25, 30 years,” Rashad said. “The best decision I’ve ever made in my life was to pick TCO to do my ankle replacement, and it has changed my life forever.”

Rashad played 10 seasons in the NFL from 1972-1982, including seven with the Vikings. The former wide receiver was inducted into the team’s Ring of Honor in September 2017.

The Emmy Award-winning broadcaster is thrilled to regain mobility in his ankle after all these years and has a message for anyone in need of a joint replacement.
