Adam Grafa M.Ed, CPT received his Masters of Education in Applied Kinesiology, Physical Activity and Health, from the University of Minnesota and is Certified Personal Trainer. Adam is passionate about employing physical activity and functional fitness as a means to age well, manage cardiovascular disease risk factors and, following his own experience with back surgery, improve orthopedic surgical outcomes.
Adam places great value on connecting with his clients, personalizing their workouts to meet them where they are in their fitness journey while motivating them toward greater health and well-being. He has experience working with both orthopedic pre-op and post-op clients as well as older adults. In addition, Adam has worked as a Movement Specialist with The Power House MN in an employer setting helping trades workers develop movement techniques and conditioning to manage and prevent work-related chronic injuries.
