Brook Gahm is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping patients restore overall wellness. Her goal is to always help patients move with greater ease, recover more efficiently, and feel confident returning to work, sports, and everyday activities.
Brook believes every treatment should have a purpose. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage, using a personalized, patient-centered approach. She is trained in a wide variety of evidence-informed techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release (MFR), Assisted Stretching, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Scar Tissue Mobilization when appropriate. She particularly enjoys helping patients improve neck, shoulder, and hip mobility while addressing muscle tension and movement restrictions. She believes massage therapy is an important part of orthopedic care and works closely with physical therapists to support each patient’s rehabilitation and recovery goals.
Outside of work, Brook enjoys spending time in the great outdoors exploring Minnesota, whether it’s on parks and trails biking with her Siberian Husky, canoeing, camping, or gardening. She also enjoys spending time in her kitchen where she bakes sourdough bread and homemade meals.
