Brooke Dummer, MS, RDN, LD, is a licensed and registered dietitian from New Ulm, Minnesota. She has experience working with collegiate athletes helping to optimize performance and instill lifelong nutrition practices. She previously worked at West Virginia University with a variety of teams providing team educations and individual counseling on topics related to nutrition basics, fueling timeline, injury prevention/recovery, body image, and more. She is also passionate about helping any individuals interested in general nutrition and overall wellness. You can find Brooke at Training HAUS – Viking Lakes in Eagan.
