Carissa Gephart, CMT, is a certified massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. She has a lot of experience in working with people with a wide range of injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Working together with physical therapists and other medical staff, she is able to assist her clients in the progress, as well as maintenance, of their recovery.

In her free time, Carissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring the Twin Cities and surrounding areas, and enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Pawley.
