About

Carly Molenaar, CPT, is the Lead Therapy Technician at Eden Prairie, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Growing up, she was a hockey player in Eden Prairie, MN. Now, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is passionate about helping people become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of themselves. She believes everyone can enjoy fitness in their own personalized way, by creating a balanced program that is unique to the individual. In the clinic, she assists with the Total Joint Program, helping post-therapy patients transition to a fitness program emphasizing strength and balance. She is excited to further her education at the University of Minnesota Physical Therapy Program in July.
