Gregory Bergh, LMT, CMT has 14 years of massage experience in body work. He specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, stretching and trigger point therapy. Greg has experience working with clients who have chronic issues, sport related injuries, and general muscular issues. Since 2017, he’s worked closely with personal trainers and their clients to help optimize their training and recovery. Greg’s interest outside of work include hiking trails/state parks with his wife and 2 dogs, and disc golfing around the metro area.
