Rachel Rubatt MA, RD, LD is a registered and licensed dietitian with a background in wellness, sports nutrition and behavior change for adults and children. She also has experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy (Cardiac, Surgical, Mental Health, Rehabilitation); and weight management. As a previous swimmer, she has a passion for sports nutrition. Rachel has worked with Division I (Gopher Football and Swim/Dive) and youth athletes to optimize fueling for performance while educating for life-long nutrition practices. She is passionate about providing encompassing care that involves all factors influencing the individual’s relationship with food, performance and overall wellness. Additionally, she will be delivering wellness nutrition to TCO employees. Rachel is currently working to obtain her CSSD (Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics). Her personal interests include running, weight lifting, swimming, and dogs. You’ll see Rachel at various TCO locations.
