Ryan Schlinger, CSCS, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist/Personal Trainer, has over 10 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. He is also involved in helping therapy patients make the transition back into a fitness program after they complete therapy. His approach is energetic and individualized. Ryan stays on top of current trends and treatments in injury prevention and recovery. Each workout is unique and different for the individual. Ryan takes each person through their own program and motivates them to reach their goals through progressively challenging workouts. Being a former multi-sport athlete himself, and a father of multi-sport athletes, Ryan also has a passion for sports training. Pushing athletes to the next level of performance through leading edge program design is always part of Ryan’s workouts. By getting to know each individual, Ryan enjoys motivating and overcoming each individual’s obstacles.
