About

Sarah Fifer, CMT has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT). She specializes in rehabilitative techniques like trigger point therapy, fascial work and sports massage. She also provides relaxation, prenatal and deep tissue massage.

Growing up as an accomplished ballet dancer, Sarah consistently worked with massage and physical therapists as a patient to optimize her body’s performance. Her interest in anatomy and kinesiology led her to achieve her certificate in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. She is driven to help clients reach their highest potential by creating a unique session, utilizing the benefits of both relaxation and rehabilitation massage.

Outside of work, Sarah continues to support the performing arts in the Twin Cities. She also enjoys baking, paddleboarding with friends and family, and spending time each summer on Lake Superior.
