Andy Grupa, PT, DPT, OCS, has more than a decade of experience in the field of outpatient physical therapy, with a particular focus on the treatment of spinal conditions. His approach is centered on delivering evidence-based interventions, encompassing manual therapy methodologies, stabilization exercises, and the provision of educational guidance regarding body mechanics, all designed to mitigate the risk of symptom recurrence. Andy takes great pleasure in actively engaging with each patient’s individual story, collaborating with them to formulate a customized plan aimed at restoring their quality of life by reducing discomfort and enhancing mobility.
