Cori Larson, BS, CPT, is a certified personal trainer and began her career in 2005 while finishing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Management at University of Wisconsin-Superior. With over 10 years of experience, Cori has worked with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. As a former multi-sport athlete who has experienced injury, Cori has developed a heart for individuals overcoming orthopedic obstacles that prevent them from reaching their personal fitness goals. Each workout is an opportunity to bring ones best, and her customized programming not only delivers safe and progressive success, but her positive and energetic attitude brings vision and motivation to her clients to see the potential they are capable of in any season of their lives. Outside of training, Cori enjoys lifting and remaining active outdoors with her husband (Nate), daughter (Madie), and dog (Bailey), volunteering on her worship team and working in her garden.
