About

Charles Boehm, MS, is a sports performance and strength and conditioning coach that has been working in the field since 2019. Charles has been an avid soccer player since before he can remember and competed in varsity cross country and track and field in high school. He went on to study Exercise Science at the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he competed in intramural soccer, ultimate frisbee, and curling. Thereafter, he earned his MS in Exercise Physiology from the College of Saint Scholastica. Charles’ interest in sports performance began during his internship at the Training HAUS during his junior year of college. Following this experience, Charles became fascinated with the ever-evolving process of developing every aspect of an athlete or team’s performance from strength to speed to explosive power.

Charles provides sports performance training at Training HAUS – Woodbury, located within TCO Woodbury. In addition, Charles provides ACE programming for athletes returning to sport.
