Thank you, Adam! I had much less pain all day yesterday and woke up like I used to one month ago. My nerves do remind me of my stenosis, but my quality of life is so much better. My spirit is up and I'm busy doing normal life things, not moping with pain. Your tricks are working! I’m so glad you care and are thoughtful. I’m thankful for you.
