Brooke Leone, PT, DPT is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for rehabilitating athletic and orthopedics injuries, with a special interest in hip, knee and ankle injuries. A former collegiate hockey and lacrosse player, Brooke understands the physical and mental demands high level athletics demands. She has experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from high school to collegiate athletics. She brings a patient centered care approach and is passionate about helping individuals restore strength, mobility and confidence when returning to activity. When not in the clinic, Brooke enjoys playing pickleball, hockey, traveling and enjoying time outdoors.
