He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at OhioHealth/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and went on to pursue a Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship at Western Orthopaedics/Rose Medical Center in Denver. There, he gained extensive experience managing complex shoulder and elbow conditions.

Throughout his career, Dr. Schuette has been recognized for both academic and clinical excellence. He is actively involved in research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations. He serves as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery and is a member of the prestigious American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.
