Dr. Alexander Bisch’s is joining Twin Cities Orthopedics on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Dr. Alexander Bisch, DO is a primary care sports medicine physician specializing in the non-operative treatment of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. He cares for patients across the lifespan and emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on clear communication and shared decision-making. Dr. Bisch also utilizes point-of-care ultrasound in clinic to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Bisch grew up in southern Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota, where he studied kinesiology and exercise physiology while competing as a collegiate football athlete and earning Academic All–Big Ten recognition. He completed medical school in South Carolina, followed by residency training in family medicine, before returning to the University of Minnesota for subspecialty fellowship training and certification in sports medicine.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and young daughter, home improvement projects, and hiking with his wife and dog.
