Difference Makers: Eric Seppelt

Eric Seppelt puts patients and their desired outcomes first, all in the name of getting them back to their best. He also takes some pretty cool pictures of food. Let’s meet one of our TCO Difference Makers.

What’s your title and role?

I’m a physical therapist at the Maple Grove location. I help patients who are dealing with an injury or have undergone surgery to rehab them back to a higher level of function so they can return to doing the daily, recreational and, in some cases, athletic activities that are a part of their lifestyle. I also lead our Athletic Competition Enhancement (ACE) program, which is a return-to-sport program following a lower body injury or surgery, in Maple Grove.

What’s your favorite thing about working at TCO?

My favorite things about working at TCO are the great team of physical therapists I work with, not only at the Maple Grove location, but TCO-wide, and TCO’s encouragement and support in seeking professional growth.

How do you make a difference?

I feel the way I most make a difference is by doing my best to be progressive, current and creative in the methods I use rehabbing individuals to get them the outcomes they want.

What are your favorite things outside of work?

My favorite things to do outside of work include coaching youth wrestling and being active with basically anything, most often biking and running in preparation for various running or triathlon events. I enjoy brunching with my girlfriend on the weekends – we even have a brunch Instagram, so feel free to check it out @benedictedtobrunch!
