Sara Conrad, PTA, ART, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from St. Catherine University. She also completed her Bachelor of Art in Journalism at The University of St. Thomas. During her high school and college years, Sara actively participated on Cross-Country, Track, and Nordic Ski teams. Presently, she is dedicated to training for marathons and triathlons while competing on a running team affiliated with USA Track and Field MN. Sara’s profound background and expertise are rooted in her extensive running career and unwavering passion. She plays a pivotal role as a member of the running specialty team at TCO and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and Graston Technique.
