Difference Makers: Isaac & Lucas
When we ask patients and their families about their experience at TCO, we often hear it’s the little things that make all the difference.
Every month we recognize a team member (or in this case two) who went above and beyond to make a difference in the life of a patient. Often they did something that, if you asked them, “was no big deal,” or “is just part of their job.” But the truth is, their actions inspired others around them.
As a small token of our appreciation for making TCO a better place, we partnered with local artist Claire Ward to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art featuring an image of the recipient’s choosing.
Today, we’d like to thank Lucas & Isaac for being Difference Makers.
Lucas & Isaac’s Story
Are we going to let the elevator break us down?
Just like the famous Prince song, Lucas & Isaac’s answer was, “Oh no, let’s go” when facing this situation in real life!
After the elevator stopped working at our Fridley location, both employees came to the rescue. Literally.
Driving over from our Coon Rapids clinic, Lucas & Isaac quickly went to work, helping patients up and down the steps without hesitation. They even carried a few patients in wheelchairs! Most importantly, they did it all with a smile: kindly greeting patients at the door, striking up friendly conversations and helping ease any of their concerns.
At TCO, service is one of our core values, and the way Lucas & Isaac went above and beyond to make sure patients received the care they came for, is what our “Be The Difference” culture is all about. Without them, patients who couldn’t use the stairs may have missed their appointments or even risked injury.
Thank you, Lucas & Isaac for providing such high-quality service and showing us how powerful teamwork really can be. You inspire us all!
