Difference Makers: Dawn Regan
Meet Dawn Regan. She puts patients first to make their visits to TCO the best possible. She’s also a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan! Let’s get to know Dawn, one of our Difference Makers!
What’s your title and role?
I’m a lead patient service representative in Plymouth, working with a great team to make each patient feel welcome and assure their experience is excellent from beginning to end. I am also honored to be a part of the Patient Experience Team working TCO-wide to share and develop ideas to continue to improve our ability to provide an exceptional experience for our patients.
Favorite thing about working at TCO
I enjoy getting to know our patients and being that first point of contact when they come to TCO. I love knowing that I CAN make a difference for them!
How do you make a difference?
It’s important to realize that each and every patient is different, presenting with different needs and issues. I take time to learn a little about the patient and what is going to make the difference for them by greeting them personally. Compassion is a strength for me, and I am able to put myself out there alongside the patient so that they are not feeling alone.
Favorite things outside of work
I love everything Minnesota Vikings and enjoy attending as many games as possible with family and friends. I have a weak spot for animals in need of a family. I love spending time at home with my husband, our eight kids coming and going and our five dogs!
