Introducing TCO’s Newest PT Residents
We’re excited to announce the arrival of our new Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residents, Jarred Frisk and Cody Suchla, and Sports Physical Therapy Residents, Thomas Fischer and Kyler Kinnamon to our practice for the 2023 – 2024 academic year.
As we welcome these talented individuals, we are eager to witness their growth and contributions during their journey with us.
Meet Our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residents
Jarred Frisk, PT, DPT, was born and raised in Minnesota and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Minnesota. Jarred has an interest in treating a variety of orthopedic and sports conditions and approaches each patient as an individual with a special focus on getting to know them and providing individualized evidence-based treatments and patient education. This approach helps optimize movement and restore highest quality of life. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys all things sports, spending time with his family and friends, and exploring new ways to stay active.
Cody Suchla, PT, DPT, was born and raised in West Allis, Wisconsin. He initially became interested in physical therapy in high school while rehabbing from injuries acquired in sports. Cody completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Jamestown. Cody utilizes an active approach while building a collaborative treatment plan to assist individuals with returning to the activities they enjoy and improving their daily activities. Outside of the clinic, Cody enjoys working out, playing with his dog Ace, traveling, and watching Wisconsin sports teams.
Meet Our Sports Physical Therapy Residents
Thomas Fischer, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, grew up in Marshall, Minnesota. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, following Minnesota sports, coaching baseball, and staying active.
Kyler Kinnamon, PT, DPT, CSCS, was born in McPherson, Kansas. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the University of Jamestown. He enjoys cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks, spending time outdoors, and searching for the best chicken sandwich the Twin Cities has to offer.

In addition to welcoming these exceptional residents, we are also proud to announce that both our Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy Residency Programs are accredited by the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE).
This prestigious accreditation showcases our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of education, training, and patient care. We believe this recognition further solidifies our practice as a leading institution in the field of physical therapy.
