What Ella Cannot Do Yet
Some appointments still require additional support from TCO staff. At this time, Ella cannot schedule appointments for:
- Physical therapy
- Rheumatology
- Imaging (MRI & CT Scans)
- Concussion care
To ensure the best patient experience, Ella cannot schedule same-day appointments if they are within a two-hour window.
