Eric Perkins, MS, CSCS, SCCC, received his Masters of Science (MS) in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University (NDSU) where he spent the last 5 years as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the NDSU football team earning 4 national titles as well as one year with javelin throwers, earning a conference title and coaching 2 All-Americans. Prior to coaching, Eric played Football for NDSU earning 4 more National Titles and setting an NCAA Playoff record for most Punt Return Yards in a game. Eric utilizes his knowledge and experience to develop the entire athlete in the weight room, on and off the field, and on the meal table

Eric provides sports performance training at Training HAUS – Eagan and Training HAUS – Vadnais Heights.
