Financial Information for Infusion Therapy

Copay Assistance Program:

Copay assistance programs (CAPs), offered by medication manufacturers, help reduce the burden of copayments for infusion patients with commercial insurance. These programs cover the cost of the medication, though patients may still be responsible for expenses like chair time or pre-medications.

If you have commercial insurance, click here to apply for copay assistance for your prescribed medication.

Patient Assistance Program:

Patient assistance programs (PAPs), offered by medication manufacturers, help reduce the cost of prescriptions for eligible patients. If you have government-funded insurance, such as Medicare, or if you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify.

Eligibility is based on income, and you must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. These programs typically cover the full cost of the medication, but you may still be responsible for chair time or pre-medication costs.

If you have Medicare, are uninsured, or underinsured, click here to apply for assistance with your prescribed medication.
