TCO Breaks Ground on State-of-the-Art Plymouth Location

Last week, Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) broke ground on a 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Plymouth located off Highway 55 and Rockford Road.

The ground-breaking ceremony featured a short program followed by a reception. The facility will open to the public in September 2023, with the on-site Plymouth Orthopedic Surgery Center opening in the winter of 2023.

With roots in the area tracing back over a decade, the expansion marks a deep commitment to the Plymouth community. TCO will vacate their current space at the Plymouth WestHealth campus when the new facility opens.

“The demand for world-class orthopedic care in the area is extremely high,” TCO Chief Operating Officer Janet Benton said. “It’s exciting to see our footprint in Plymouth continue to grow as more needs arise for expert physician care, rehabilitation and sports performance services. TCO is currently very involved with various youth and high school sports teams in the area, and we are looking forward to making an even larger impact on the local community in the future.”

“The convenience of this location is a true game changer for the community, and having Urgent Care on-site serves a major need,” TCO physician Paul Cammack said. “Plymouth has experienced significant growth over the past decade, and it’s an honor to be a part of its bright future. We believe this facility will become a destination in the area for patients and athletes looking for first-class care.”

In addition to Urgent Care, the facility will offer physical and hand therapy, advanced MRI imaging scanners and EXCEL care suites.

Training HAUS, powered by TCO, will offer sports performance, rehab, and recovery on-site with amenities including a weight room and 7,000 square feet of training space to serve athletes and active adults of all ages and abilities.
