I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sam Carlson for my hip replacement. Dr. Carlson used the anterior approach, which allowed me to be up and moving without a cane after one week. The whole team was competent, and professional throughout. I was pleased by how responsive Dr. Carlson and his team were to answer questions and address any of my needs during the process.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Bircher to do my right hip replacement. We started with a very careful analysis of my problem and a discussion of options before jumping to solutions. Once we decided on a hip replacement, the entire process was handled very professional and efficiently. If I ever have to do my other hip, Dr. Bircher is my choice for this kind of care. Dr. Gilbertson and his team are incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and the team was very welcoming. Dr. Dwivedi is a remarkable person! Beginning with our first meeting for my carpal tunnel surgery, surgical procedure, and subsequent check-ups, Dr. Dwivedi was very personable and compassionate, and always had my well-being and recovery in mind. He clearly explained the surgery, and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. He is one of kind and without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Dwivedi for your hand surgery.

Under Dr. Peterson’s care I received a total knee replacement in September of 2023.  Post-surgery I was able to go on an adventure trip to New Zealand — 24 days of travel, over 80 miles hiked with significant elevation changes. I also biked, swam in the ocean, and kayaked twice.  I experienced absolutely no trouble with my knee and needed no ice or pain relievers!  Thank you to Dr. Peterson for his care which enabled this trip of a lifetime to happen!

I’ve had Rheumatoid Arthritis for approximately 25 years. I have been a patient of Dr. Kneeland at TCO and her prior practice for approximately two years. Dr. Kneeland is one of the most caring, sincere, and compassionate medical professionals I have ever met. Equally important, she is also a great listener! I am very grateful for Dr. Kneeland’s care! Moreover, I was also a patient of Dr. Sufka’s for six years, who is also a fine doctor and person. Lastly, my family and I have been patients of Dr. Larson, Dr. Wulf and Dr. Harris who have been there for my family in times of need. All of them are fabulous Doctors! Dr. Sufka is simply amazing. I suffered with pain, wounds, and feeling awful for about 5 years until I was referred to Dr. Sufka. He really took the bull by the horns and looked at all the testing I had from numerous other clinics and hospitals. He was the first person to even offer a diagnosis. We started on the first treatment and within a month, I felt remarkably better. While my disease ebbs and flows in difference ways, Dr. Sufka has always been able to suggest different ways to help me live my best life. When I call and explain what is going on, I am always able to get in and see him quickly, which 100% appreciate. He also takes plenty of time to talk through issues, listens intently, and I have never felt rushed or unable to ask questions. Besides being a great physician, he is an all-around good guy.

Tomorrow I go in for my one year post-op appointment for neck surgery. I was beyond nervous but knew this procedure needed to be done. My experience was phenomenal from the very start. The anesthesiologist listened to my past experience and for the first time I had no stomach upset post-surgery. Dr. Deal was exceptional. He was straight forward and explained the entire process. The nurses who cared for me after the procedure were such a blessing. I was in good hands. If I ever have any spine problems, I know where to go. Go to TCO and Dr. Deal. Thank you so very much!

This was one of the best doctor interactions I’ve ever had, after having too many in the past. Dr. Fey exchanged a firm handshake with me and my spouse, and provided a proper introduction of him and his staff. He is very professional, knowledgeable and to the point.
