Would like to thank Dr. Lewis and the excellent staff and especially Nurse Peggy for the care they provided to my brother Jon while having his hip replaced. Amazingly, he was home 24 hours later and is doing very well.

I could be the poster “child.” My pain before my hip replacement was 9 on a 10-point scale. I was using a walker and could barely do daily tasks. Could find no pain relief. Dr. Owen O’Neill was able to fit me in sooner than normal. Everything about the protocol, the team, the pre-surgery instructions, the precautions to prevent infection or blood clots, the educational session and the strengthening exercises were extremely helpful. In the recovery room and back in the hospital room, my pain was at a 1 or 2—insignificant compared to before surgery. No opioids. I walked at the arboretum 6 days later (with walker), quit the walker after 11 days. Life is great. Although I’m not supposed to run long distance, I’m back at yoga and walking up to 4 miles daily. I would and have recommended Dr. O’Neill to others.

Dr. Bakker was fantastic! I would highly recommend him. An honest, straight forward, matter of fact doctor and an excellent surgeon.

I had the best experience with my back surgery with Dr. Deal. After 2 prior back surgeries this one was the best success! I have never felt better. Dr. Deal is the best doctor I have ever had. Thank you so very much!

Before surgery I was in nearly constant pain. Since surgery with Dr. Meyer and recovery/healing, I am able to resume a nearly totally normal life. About the only thing I cannot do very well is kneel on the knee.

I had surgery on my right hip which was bone on bone and waited a little too long. For two years my wife and I planned a bucket list trip to Africa. If it wasn’t for Dr. Owen O’Neill and his group, I would never of been able to make the trip. Ten weeks after surgery I was able to fly, ride comfortably and enjoy a trip of a lifetime. Thank you.

Dr. Owen O’Neill did both of my hips, about 2 years apart. The results were amazing. I was out of the hospital within 24 hours. I used no prescription pain pills and no pills at all after 1 week. I am 79 and was walking normally after 3 weeks and running (singles tennis) after 2 months. There was no therapy besides walking.

Dr. O’Keefe first operated on me when I broke my elbow in a bicycle accident. He was successful in putting my shattered elbow back together. I also have seen him for a knee problem over the last few years. After injections did not solve the problem, I had a total knee replacement that was very successful. I appreciated the fact that he let me make the decisions on how to proceed. I highly recommend Dr. O’Keefe as an orthopedic surgeon.

From the moment I met Dr. O’Keefe I felt comfortable. He was professional, thorough and readily answered any questions. I was a very apprehensive patient in making the decision to have a knee replacement. Dr. O’Keefe understood that and reassured me through his calm presence during my pre-op appointment and throughout the surgical process. Most importantly the surgery went great and recovery was as expected. I’m very excited to have my mobility back and feel grateful to Dr. O’Keefe and his staff.
