My son, daughter, and I have been seeing Dr. Diekmann for 15 years.  He is the most understanding and patient Doc any of us have seen.  I have been coaching youth, HS and college for almost 30 years and in the last decade, Dr. Diekmann is the only orthopedist that I have referred my players to.  Recently my daughter (at college) was told I had an appointment with Dr. Diekmann the next morning and her response was “lucky!”  She didn’t ask why I had to go, but jealous that I was going. I would say that’s a pretty great testimonial in itself.

I had this surgery a year ago and everything went great. I am 74 years old and I can do things this year that I was unable to do prior to surgery. Dr. Norberg is an excellent surgeon and I recommend to all who require shoulder care.

Dr. Norberg is a kind and gentle soul who inspired me to exceed his expectations in my recovery from surgery to repair a massive rotator cuff tear.

I first met Dr. O’Neill in the Fall of 2014.  I was having problems with my right hip. He did a total anterior hip replacement on Feb. 26th, 2015.

I had grade 4 osteoarthritis diagnosis in my left knee last year from old football injuries. I had a total knee replacement on Dec. 20th.

Both surgeries went well.  The hip was a bit complex as my hip issue stemmed from an osteoid osteoma removed back when I was age 16 (45 years ago). There was a lot of buried scar tissue.

I am so grateful to Dr. O’Neill and his team. The skills and experience of Dr. O’Neill, I believe, compete on a very high level. The service provided to me by him and his team was impeccable. I ask a million questions!

Dr. Olson, You recently saw one of my patients, Tara K., based upon my referral. She has had a very tough go-around with her right knee, between doctors, PTs, chiros, among many. I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank you for taking such good care of her. Not only did your recognize her frustration and the time she has spent trying to get better, but you took the time to talk to her, listen to her, and develop a good game plan for her. I know how busy and hectic our schedules can get so taking that extra time + energy really advocate for a patient like you did does not go unnoticed. It is a sign of a good, caring doctor. If this is how you treat your patients you will always have my support, respect and definitely future referrals. Moral of the story… I am impressed and very thankful. On 6/7/2016 I had a total hip replacement of my left hip. TCO did an outstanding job from start to finish. At 62, I was not especially interested in convalescing in a hospital setting. The surgery suites provided the perfect alternative. In fact, I wanted to stay longer. 🙂

Dr. Anseth and the entire TCO/EXCEL team was the ideal group for my hip replacement procedure. What I appreciated most was their positive attitudes and the realistic expectations they laid out for me. They expected my recovery to take about 6 weeks and it did. They were always encouraging and promptly answered any of my questions/concerns.  If I should ever need any future orthopedic surgeries, TCO/EXCEL will be the program for me!

Preceding this rotator cuff surgery I have had two knee surgeries and another shoulder surgery, so I feel pretty qualified to make this statement. Dr. Norberg and his staff are the best! They make a person feel like family.

Fabulous! I was back at work the following week and on an airplane to the West Coast by myself within 3 weeks of the surgery. The EXCEL program and Dr. O’Neill were great. They allowed me to heal at my pace and once they gave me the go ahead – I was off! There was no stopping me. This surgery was a non-even in my life. Just the way it should be.

My surgery and my time at the 212 Surgery Center and recovery suite was amazing. My physical therapy went very well. I have been working out, whether it be swimming in the pool, running on the treadmill, or doing the exercise bike. I do it every day! I am doing really well thanks to Dr. Meyer and his Physician Assistant, Summer. I thank them both and thank them for my easy retirement!
