About

Alyssa Holm, BS, PTA, CSCS, earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and later received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Catherine University. Through her own personal experiences in physical therapy as a young athlete, she developed an interest in helping others, like herself, return to sport following an injury. In collaboration with her partnering physical therapist, she utilizes evidence-based practices and therapeutic exercises to help patients reduce pain and improve function to enhance their quality of life. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys staying active with CrossFit and running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
