Ashleigh Kratz, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Minnesota. Since that time, she has treated patients in the orthopedic setting. Her focus is on working collaboratively with her patients to establish goals that allow them to get back to the activities, hobbies, and sports that are of value to them. Working regularly with runners, she understands the importance of keeping individuals active and believes in the importance of education around this in order to better understand the rehab process. Her individualized treatment approach includes combinations of manual techniques, exercise, stability, mobility, and muscle retraining. When not working, Ashleigh enjoys spending time outdoors, running, and adventuring with her husband and kids.
