Becky Stealy, DPT, has over 15 years of experience working primarily in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She specializes in the hip and lower extremity in which she has worked extensively with athletes of all levels from professional and collegiate athletes to novice. Becky values a holistic approach of therapy using a variety of manual therapy techniques and also empowers the patient by educating and providing them with tools to allow them to be involved in their healing process.
Becky is an expert in hip related injuries and dysfunction both surgical and non-surgical. She joined the rehabilitation team of Twin Cities Orthopedics in 2019 where she is the senior therapist for their hip team. Prior to that she spent 5 years at Nashville Sports Medicine. Her experience in Nashville and the Twin Cities has given her the unique experience of working closely with well-respected and world- renowned sports and orthopedic physicians who specialize in hip arthroscopy. Understanding these perspectives and pace of recovery allows her to help her patients return to optimal performance and prevent future injuries.
