Breanna Ellis, PT, DPT, OCS, is a licensed Physical Therapist who discovered a passion for health and wellness from a young age as a competitive dancer in her upbringing in Minnesota. Her fascination with movement has been a driving force, and she finds great fulfillment from guiding her patients along the journey from injury to recovery, primarily through the education of body awareness and the promotion of healthy movement patterns. She has pursued advanced coursework in various areas including manual therapy, sports physical therapy, yoga, and strength and conditioning. Furthermore, she earned additional certifications in Pelvic Health and Pilates. Breanna enjoys helping her patients achieve optimal health through individualized treatment plans utilizing a combination of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. She strives to not only alleviate patients’ pain but return them to their activities and passions. When she’s not treating patients, Breanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, taking exercise classes, trying new restaurants, going to events, and engaging in different cultural experiences in Minneapolis.
