Breanna Ellis PT, DPT, OCS, found a passion for health and wellness that began from a young age as a competitive dancer growing up in Minnesota. She has always been fascinated by movement and enjoys helping her patients move from injury to recovery through education on body awareness and healthy movement patterns. She has taken advanced coursework in manual therapy, sports physical therapy, yoga, and strength and conditioning, and has additional certifications in Pelvic Health and Pilates. Breanna enjoys helping her patients achieve optimal health through individualized treatment plans utilizing a combination of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. She strives to not only take her patients out of pain, but return them to their passions. When she’s not treating patients, Breanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, taking exercise classes, and enjoying restaurants, events, and culture in Minneapolis.
