Briana Linnerooth, PT, DPT, CSCS, RYT-200 is a sports physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. Prior to graduate school, she played collegiate soccer at St. Olaf College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. Bri has experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, soccer coach, nutrition coach, and competes in USA Powerlifting at a national level. This background allows her to understand the demands of high-level training and bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance for athletes of all ages. Her holistic approach focuses on helping athletes not only recover from injury, but return stronger and more resilient.
Bri works with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including those within the NCAA, MLB, and NHL. She treats a wide range of sports injuries, specializing in overhead athletes, return-to-throw rehabilitation, and weightlifting mechanics. Bri utilizes treatments including manual therapy, dry needling, IASTM, cupping, and blood flow restriction training.
Outside of the clinic, Bri enjoys weightlifting and cross-training, traveling, cheering on the Minnesota Wild, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and golfing with her family.
