About

Courtney Syverson, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS earned her Bachelor of Health Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of South Dakota, followed by a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University. She further expanded her sideline experience through a year-long externship at the University of Washington, where she worked with UW football, men’s and women’s basketball, and softball programs.

Prior to joining TCO-MASH in 2025, Courtney served as the head athletic trainer at Rosemount High School for two years, where she provided comprehensive care for over 1,300 student-athletes across all sports. This experience equipped her to work effectively with athletes of all levels and backgrounds, particularly in return-to-sport settings.

Courtney has a special interest in lower extremity injuries and weightlifting, along with volleyball, track and field, baseball, and softball. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, traveling, baking, and exploring new coffee shops throughout the metro.
